Tokenisation in many ways is represented by the stock market. Today. If you think about stocks as being certificates where you can own a fractional part of a company, tokenisation is the next step forward where we break an acid into, uh, a fractional state. We then create digital certificates, validate those certificates on the Blockchain or distributed ledger, thus creating liquidity and reducing frictional costs and doing so in a very safe environment. Tokenisation is going to change all that. By creating those digital certificates and being able to validate them on an ongoing basis, we’re going to democratise access to real estate. That’s the big win here. Allowing mid and small-sized investors and even larger investors to very swiftly and safely diversify their portfolios, create diversified additive portfolios of real estate.
